Services

At Dexter Dolores Interiors, we believe in collaboration from initial concept design through to the final construction completion. We encourage our clients to work side by side with our studio, along with our trusted consultants, to create their utmost ideal space.

Our consultation typically takes 1-2 hours, where we will meet on site to assess your requirements and to formulate the foundation for your design project.
Items that will be covered during your consultation:
- Review of existing site conditions with existing floor plans if available
- Establish parameters such as budget, timeline, etc.
- Establish your expectation and ideas for your space
- Discuss initial suggestions for design direction
Once initial consultation is complete, a follow-up meeting will be scheduled to detail your specific project package. As each project is unique, a project scope of work will be determined based on the parameters (budget, timeline, etc.) discussed during the consultation. Our services are billed at an hourly rate or as a customized fixed-fee package depending on the scope of services required and an in-depth assessment of project expectations. ext goes here
